What You’ll Be Doing
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures
Work with PVC, copper, PEX, ProPress, threaded, and grooved pipe
Install mechanical piping and systems for commercial construction
Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and specs
Plan and layout daily tasks
Follow the Uniform Plumbing Code and project requirements
What You Need
Experience in commercial plumbing
PPE and tools required
Journeyman or Master License is a plus, but not required
Job Details
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Hours: 40/week
Pay: $25–$35/hr
Per Diem: $100/day (for days worked)
Location: Cedar Rapids / Iowa City / Davenport, IA
Duration: Long-term commercial projects
Pre-employment screening includes a standard background check and 10-panel drug test to ensure compliance with jobsite safety protocols.
